Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is Rs 199. Orders of Rs 2,999 or more get free delivery.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order is Rs 499.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct, as we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

What if my jar arrives damaged or I get the wrong item?

Message us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (0313 6743005) or by email, with a clear photo of the parcel and the jar. After checking, we will send a free replacement or refund the price of the affected item.

Can I return an opened jar?

Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns of opened or used jars, unless they were defective when they arrived.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

How should I store my achar or murabba?

Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a clean, dry spoon, close the lid tightly after use, and refrigerate after opening.

Are your products homemade?

Yes. Everything is made in small batches from traditional recipes in Layyah, Punjab.
